Creating your first event is easy! Simply click the "Create Event" button in your dashboard, fill out the event details including name, date, location, and ticket information, then publish it to start selling tickets. Our step-by-step wizard will guide you through the entire process.

We support all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. Customers can also use buy-now-pay-later services like Klarna and Afterpay for eligible events.

Standard payouts are processed within 2-3 business days. If you're on our Premium plan, you can enable instant payouts which are processed within minutes for an additional small fee. You can track all your payouts in the Payouts section of your dashboard.

Yes! You can customize your event page with your brand colors, logo, custom images, and detailed descriptions. Premium users can also add custom CSS for advanced styling and embed custom HTML widgets for additional functionality.

You can cancel or postpone events from your dashboard. For cancellations, you can choose to automatically refund all attendees or handle refunds manually. For postponed events, you can update the date and automatically notify all ticket holders via email with the new details.

Each ticket includes a unique QR code that can be scanned using our mobile app or web-based scanner. You can also enable manual check-in by searching for attendees by name or email. All check-in data is recorded with timestamps for your records.

Absolutely! You can embed our ticket widget on your website, use our JavaScript SDK for custom implementations, or redirect customers to your branded Tickety event page. All options provide a seamless purchasing experience while maintaining your brand identity.
